PointerNest offers a 30 day return and refund period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 30 days after receiving the item. Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in a condition suitable for review. Returned products should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in the same general condition in which they were received. Items should also include all original packaging, accessories, instruction materials, tags, protective covers, and any included components where applicable.
Because our products may include classroom tools, reading pointers, telescopic teaching pointers, presentation accessories, and personal-use items such as back scratchers or hand massagers, all returned products must be handled carefully and returned in a clean and hygienic condition.
PointerNest reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of misuse, intentional damage, heavy wear, alteration, contamination, missing parts, or use that goes beyond normal product inspection.
3. Non Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return depending on their condition or nature. Non returnable items may include products that have been damaged by misuse, products missing important parts, items returned in an unsanitary condition, customized or personalized products if offered, final sale items clearly marked as non returnable, gift cards, digital items, and any product that cannot be safely or reasonably resold due to hygiene, safety, or condition concerns.

4. How to Start a Return

5. Return Shipping
PointerNest offers free returns within 30 days for eligible items. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Depending on your location and the nature of the return, we may provide a prepaid return label, a return shipping method, or specific return address instructions.
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team. Items returned to the wrong address or without proper authorization may not be processed.
6. Refund Processing

7. Original Shipping Charges
PointerNest currently offers free worldwide shipping. Since customers are not charged a standard shipping fee at checkout, there is typically no separate shipping fee to refund.
If special shipping services, upgraded shipping, priority shipping, or optional paid shipping methods are offered in the future, those fees may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully aim to provide products that arrive in good condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please email support@PointerNest.store with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. This helps us review the problem quickly and provide a suitable solution.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
9. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, wrong color, wrong style, wrong quantity, or a product that does not match your order confirmation, please contact us promptly.
Please include your order number and photos of the item received. If the error is confirmed, PointerNest will work to correct the issue through replacement, refund, or another fair solution.
10. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges when available. Exchanges depend on product availability, item condition, and the specific details of your request.
If you would like to exchange an item for another variation, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
11. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@PointerNest.store.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item.
12. Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your delivery location, mailbox, front desk, building reception, parcel locker, family members, neighbors, or local carrier office.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us. We will review the situation and may assist with a carrier investigation where possible. PointerNest is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout, unattended delivery locations, theft after delivery confirmation, or failure to collect packages from a carrier pickup point.
13. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Please carefully review your full name, street address, apartment number, city, province or state, postal code, country, phone number, and email address before placing an order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help before the order ships. However, once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require reshipping arrangements or may be refunded after review, depending on the circumstances.
14. Refunds for Late Delivery
Our estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 10 business days worldwide after order processing. However, delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, address issues, high order volume, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delayed delivery alone may not automatically qualify for a refund if the order is still in transit. However, if your order appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us so we can review the issue and assist.
15. Product Color and Measurement Differences
Some products may show slight color differences due to lighting, screen settings, monitor display differences, photography conditions, or batch variations.
For telescopic products, pointers, back scratchers, and similar items, minor measurement differences may occur due to manual measurement or manufacturing tolerances.
These small differences are not usually considered defects unless the item is materially different from the product description.
16. Refund Abuse and Policy Misuse
PointerNest reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future orders in cases of suspected fraud, excessive return activity, policy abuse, false claims, altered evidence, intentional product damage, or misuse of our customer service process.
